About Tri Home Life

Tri Home Life is a licensed residential leasing and management brokerage based in Littleton, Colorado. We manage single-family homes, townhomes and condos for owners in Littleton, Highlands Ranch and Lone Tree, and nowhere else. Staying close to home is the point: we know these neighborhoods, their HOAs and their renters, and we can be at your property the same day.

Tri Home Life is veteran- and woman-owned. TJ Weese, a U.S. Navy veteran, co-owns the company with our Managing Broker, a former educator. We are members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).

Meet TJ Weese, Broker and Owner

TJ has managed rental homes for more than 20 years. He has worked in real estate and property management since 2003, building and running a property management company in Oregon until he sold it in 2024, and founded Tri Home Life in Colorado in 2016. Before real estate, he served in the U.S. Navy.

TJ is a licensed Colorado real estate broker. He serves as Legislative Chair for Denver NARPM and as the 2026 President of the Colorado Housing Coalition, where he works on the state laws that shape how rentals are managed. Our owners get that knowledge first: when Colorado landlord-tenant law changes, we have usually been in the room.

TJ and our Managing Broker lead a small local team. Our Managing Broker oversees accounting, owner statements and distributions, and David Monge, who is bilingual in English and Spanish, coordinates move-ins, showings and day-to-day operations. We use AI assistants to answer owners, tenants and vendors quickly, seven days a week, and a licensed broker makes every leasing, pricing and money decision.

Owners get an online Owner Portal with monthly statements and direct deposit, tenants get a Resident Portal for rent and repair requests, and our maintenance line is answered 24/7.
